I had a very unexpected and unwanted interaction with my stbx today. He was actually screaming at me in front of our children's school. He tried to tell me what to do and threatened that if I didn't do it he would take my car from me. I posted the following on facebook and added the fact that even after you leave them they STILL try to control you. I don't agree with the title, I believe that women can be the same way, which is why I called this topic controlling people.

I have come to the conclusion, all bets are off for stbx, to operate in any sort of civil manner when a separation or imminent divorce is looming. Can't base anything on "rational behavior" when one gets to this point.
